Drunken Pho

We serve popular Vietnamese food with an emphasis on Pho, with our broth being our specialty. It is cooked to perfection for 24 hours with more than 100 pounds of beef bones.  Chef Vincent’s technique yields a broth that is rich, flavorful and clear with simple spices.  It’s definitely our best seller. Founder Nelly Dang in the salon industry for over 25 years. Right before the pandemic, I was offered an opportunity to join a really exciting project…Railway Heights Market, and together with my husband decided to take a chance. We named our restaurant Drunken Pho because Pho was dish everyone always needed after a night of drinking.  It has been said to cure a hangover.
